Cool, wet and blustery weather prevails as April stands in defiance of the warm Easter weekend that closed out March. Springtime in the Pacific Northwest is beautiful as flowers bloom on nearly every tree and shrub, but the weather is quite changeable all the way to the summer solstice :)
